Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds, and have put on the new man, who is renewed unto knowledge after the image of him that created him;
that as to your former way of life ye should put off the old man, who perisheth according to the lusts of deceit, and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and that ye put on the new man, who was created according to God in righteousness and holiness of the truth.
knowing this, that our old man was crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that we might no longer be in slavery to sin;
But I say, Walk by the Spirit, and ye will not fulfill the desires of the flesh. For the flesh hath desires against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these oppose one another, that ye may not do the things that ye would. But if ye are led by the Spirit, ye are not under the Law.

If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in the darkness, we lie, and do not the truth; but if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
but solid food belongs to those who are of full age, who by use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
