Jesus, therefore, said to Peter, "Put up the sword into the sheathe. The cup which the Father hath given Me, shall I not drink it?"

Again, a second time, going away, He prayed, saying, "My Father, if it is not possible that this cup should pass away except I drink it, Thy will be done," And, coming again, He found them sleeping; for their eyes were heavy. And, leaving them, going away again, He prayed a third time, saying again the same words.

Then Paul answered, "What are ye doing, weeping and crushing my heart? For I am ready, not only to be bound, but to die at Jerusalem, for the name of the Lord Jesus."

Wherefore, we faint not; but even if our outward man is decaying, yet our inward man is being renewed day by day.
