Do not lay up treasures on earth for yourselves, where moth and rust corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal.
And the men of Shechem set men lying in wait for him in the top of the mountains, and they robbed all that passed by. And it was told to Abimelech.

And you shall grope at noonday, as the blind gropes in darkness, and you shall not prosper in your ways. And you shall always be pressed down and spoiled forever, and no man shall save you.
Indeed then there is already on the whole a failure among you, that you have lawsuits with yourselves. Why not instead be wronged? Why not instead be defrauded?
Give to everyone who asks of you, and from him who takes away your goods, do not ask them again.
And to him desiring to sue you, and to take away your tunic, let him have your coat also.
And to him who strikes you on the one cheek, also offer the other. And to him who takes away your garment, do not forbid your tunic also.
For you both sympathized with my bonds and took joyfully the spoiling of your goods, knowing in yourselves that you have in Heaven a better and an enduring substance.
