7 Bible Verses about The Inspiration Of Scripture

All scripture is inspired of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness;

He saith to them, How doth David then by the Spirit call him Lord? Saying, The Lord said to my Lord, Sit thou on my righthand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool.

For David himself said by the Holy Ghost, The Lord saith to my Lord, Sit thou on my righthand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool.

Which also we speak, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Holy Spirit, explaining spiritual things by spiritual words.

God who at sundry times and in divers manners spake of old to the fathers by the prophets, hath in these last days spoken to us by his Son; Whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom he also made the worlds:

who prophesied of the grace of God toward you. Searching what, and what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them signified, when he testified before hand the sufferings of Christ and the glories that should follow.

Knowing this before that no scripture prophecy is of any private interpretation. For prophecy never came by the will of man, but the holy men of God spake being moved by the Holy Ghost.
