'Answered' in the Bible

I sought Yahweh and he answered me, and from all my terrors he delivered me.

In this trouble you called, and I rescued you. Within [the] secret place of thunder I answered you; I tested you at the waters of Meribah. Selah

Moses and Aaron [were] among his priests; Samuel also [was] among [those who] called on his name. They called to Yahweh, and he answered them.

O Yahweh our God, you answered them. You were a forgiving God to them, but an avenger of their [wrong] deeds.

Out of [my] distress I called to Yah. Yah answered me, [setting me] in a broad place.

I will give thanks [to] you for you have answered me, and you have become my salvation.

I told of my ways, and you answered me; teach me your statutes.

In my distress I called to Yahweh, and he answered me.

{When} I called and you answered me, you emboldened me in my soul [with] strength.
