'Children's' in the Bible

You shall live in the land of Goshen, and you shall be near me, you and your children and your children’s children and your flocks and your herds and all that you have.

“When you become the father of children and children’s children and have remained long in the land, and act corruptly, and make an idol in the form of anything, and do that which is evil in the sight of the Lord your God so as to provoke Him to anger,

But the lovingkindness of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him,And His righteousness to children’s children,

Indeed, may you see your children’s children.Peace be upon Israel!

A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children,And the wealth of the sinner is stored up for the righteous.

“In those days they will not say again,‘The fathers have eaten sour grapes,And the children’s teeth are set on edge.’

“What do you mean by using this proverb concerning the land of Israel, saying,‘The fathers eat the sour grapes,But the children’s teeth are set on edge’?

And He answered and said, “It is not good to take the children’s bread and throw it to the dogs.”

And He was saying to her, “Let the children be satisfied first, for it is not good to take the children’s bread and throw it to the dogs.”

But she answered and *said to Him, “Yes, Lord, but even the dogs under the table feed on the children’s crumbs.”
