'Ones' in the Bible

As for the holy people who are in the land,they are the noble ones.All my delight is in them.

Many bulls surround me;strong ones of Bashan encircle me.

Sing to Yahweh, you His faithful ones,and praise His holy name.

Love the Lord, all His faithful ones.The Lord protects the loyal,but fully repays the arrogant.

Be glad in the Lord and rejoice,you righteous ones;shout for joy,all you upright in heart.

Rejoice in the Lord, you righteous ones;praise from the upright is beautiful.

For the Lord loves justiceand will not abandon His faithful ones.They are kept safe forever,but the children of the wicked will be destroyed.

My loved ones and friends stand back from my affliction,and my relatives stand at a distance.

“Gather My faithful ones to Me,those who made a covenant with Me by sacrifice.”

For the choir director: “Do Not Destroy.” A Davidic Miktam.Do you really speak righteously, you mighty ones?Do you judge people fairly?

He will judge Your people with righteousnessand Your afflicted ones with justice.

They gave the corpses of Your servantsto the birds of the sky for food,the flesh of Your godly onesto the beasts of the earth.

They devise clever schemes against Your people;they conspire against Your treasured ones.

I will listen to what God will say;surely the Lord will declare peaceto His people, His godly ones,and not let them go back to foolish ways.

Lord, the heavens praise Your wonders—Your faithfulness also—in the assembly of the holy ones.

God is greatly feared in the council of the holy ones,more awe-inspiring than all who surround Him.

You once spoke in a vision to Your loyal onesand said: “I have granted help to a warrior;I have exalted one chosen from the people.

You who love the Lord, hate evil!He protects the lives of His godly ones;He rescues them from the power of the wicked.

Be glad in Yahweh, you righteous ones,and praise His holy name.

you offspring of Abraham His servant,Jacob’s descendants—His chosen ones.

“Do not touch My anointed ones,or harm My prophets.”

He brought His people out with rejoicing,His chosen ones with shouts of joy.

so that I may enjoy the prosperityof Your chosen ones,rejoice in the joy of Your nation,and boast about Your heritage.

The death of His faithful onesis valuable in the Lord’s sight.

Depart from me, you evil ones,so that I may obey my God’s commands.

Happy is he who takes your little onesand dashes them against the rocks.

He has raised up a horn for His people,resulting in praise to all His godly ones,to the Israelites, the people close to Him.Hallelujah!
