'Speak' in the Bible
Settle a plan, and it shall come to nought; speak a word, and it shall not stand: for God is with us.
To the law and the testimony! If they speak not according to this word, for them there is no daybreak.
For with stammering lips and a strange tongue will he speak to this people;
And thou shalt be brought low, thou shalt speak out of the ground, and thy speech shall come low out of the dust, and thy voice shall be as of one that hath a familiar spirit, out of the ground, and thy speech shall whisper out of the dust.

Who is this that cometh from Edom, with deep-red garments from Bozrah, this that is glorious in his apparel, travelling in the greatness of his strength? I that speak in righteousness, mighty to save.
