'Wealth' in the Bible
[The] little belonging to the righteous [is] better than [the] wealth of many wicked.
those who trust their wealth and boast about the abundance of their riches?
For he sees [that] the wise die, together [with the] fool and brute they perish, and leave their wealth to the next [generation].
Do not fear when a man becomes rich, when the wealth of his house increases,
because when he dies he will not take [away] any [of it]. His wealth will not follow down after him.
"Look, the man [who] would not make God his refuge, but he trusted in the greatness of his wealth; he took refuge in his destructiveness."
Do not trust in extortion, and do not put vain [confidence] in robbery. If wealth increases, do not set [your] heart [on it].
See, these [are the] wicked, and they increase wealth, ever carefree.
Wealth and riches [are] in his house, and his righteousness endures forever.
