'Wickedly' in the Bible

You behaved more wickedly than all who were before you. In order to provoke Me, you have proceeded to make for yourself other gods and cast images, but you have flung Me behind your back.

David said to God, “Wasn’t I the one who gave the order to count the people? I am the one who has sinned and acted very wickedly. But these sheep, what have they done? My Lord God, please let Your hand be against me and against my father’s family, but don’t let the plague be against Your people.”

You are righteous concerning all that has come on us,because You have acted faithfully,while we have acted wickedly.

Indeed, it is true that God does not act wickedlyand the Almighty does not pervert justice.

Suppose someone says to God,“I have endured my punishment;I will no longer act wickedly.

Both we and our fathers have sinned;we have done wrong and have acted wickedly.

Do not let my heart turn to any evil thingor perform wicked actswith men who commit sin.Do not let me feast on their delicacies.

With flattery he will corrupt those who act wickedly toward the covenant, but the people who know their God will be strong and take action.
