'Altogether' in the Bible

I will go down and I will see. Have they done altogether according to its cry of distress [which] has come to me? If not, I will know."

Your hands fashioned me and made me {altogether}, then you destroyed me.

Look, you all have seen, and {why in the world} {have you become altogether vain}?

All have gone astray; they are altogether corrupt. There is not one who does good; there is not even one.
