'Declare' in the Bible

I will declare the Lord’s decree:He said to Me, “You are My Son;today I have become Your Father.

They will proclaim the power of Your awe-inspiring acts,and I will declare Your greatness.

They will speak of the glory of Your kingdomand will declare Your might,

My mouth will declare Yahweh’s praise;let every living thingpraise His holy name forever and ever.
