'Intently' in the Bible
But when they gazed intently from a distance but did not recognize him, they began to weep loudly. Each of them tore his robes, and they threw dust into the air over their heads.
Travelers from Tema search intently; caravans from Sheba hope to find them.
From there it spots its prey, its eyes gaze intently from a distance.
From His dwelling place He looks closelyUpon all the inhabitants of the earth—
Jesus looked at them intently and said, "For humans this is impossible, but for God all things are possible."
“But when the king came in to see the dinner guests, he saw a man there who was not dressed [appropriately] in wedding clothes,
They came to Jesus and saw the man who had been demon-possessed sitting down, clothed and in his right mind, the man who had [previously] had the “legion” [of demons]; and they were frightened.
Then again He laid His hands on his eyes; and he looked intently and was restored, and began to see everything clearly.

But Saul (also called Paul), filled with the Holy Spirit, looked intently at him
This man was listening to Paul as he was speaking. When Paul stared intently at him and saw he had faith to be healed,
Paul looked intently at the Sanhedrin and said, “Brothers, I have lived my life before God in all good conscience until this day.”

But the one who looks intently into the perfect law of freedom and perseveres in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but one who does good works—this person will be blessed in what he does.
