'Knees' in the Bible
Entering the house, they saw the child with Mary His mother, and falling to their knees, they worshiped Him. Then they opened their treasures and presented Him with gifts: gold, frankincense, and myrrh.
And when they came to the crowd, a man came to him, falling on his knees before him, and saying,
So the slave fell on his knees and begged him, saying, ‘Have patience with me and I will repay you everything.’
And they made a crown of thorns and put it on his head, and put a rod in his right hand, and they went down on their knees before him, and made sport of him, saying, Long life to the King of the Jews.
Then a man with a serious skin disease came to Him and, on his knees, begged Him: “If You are willing, You can make me clean.”
Seeing Jesus from a distance, he ran up and bowed down before Him [in homage];
Now as Jesus was starting out on his way, someone ran up to him, fell on his knees, and said, "Good teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?"
And they smote him on the head with a reed, and did spit upon him, and bowing their knees worshipped him.
When Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus' knees, saying, Depart from me; for I am a sinful man, O Lord.
At one place where He was praying, when He rose from His knees one of His disciples said to Him, "Master, teach us to pray, just as John taught his disciples."
And he was withdrawn from them, as it were a stone's cast, and having fallen on the knees he was praying,
and having bowed the knees, he cried with a loud voice, 'Lord, mayest thou not lay to them this sin;' and this having said, he fell asleep.
And Peter having put them all forth without, having bowed the knees, did pray, and having turned unto the body said, 'Tabitha, arise;' and she opened her eyes, and having seen Peter, she sat up,
And these things having said, having bowed his knees, with them all, he did pray,
but when it came that we completed the days, having gone forth, we went on, all bringing us on the way, with women and children, unto the outside of the city, and having bowed the knees upon the shore, we prayed,
But what answer does God make to him? I have still seven thousand men whose knees have not been bent to Baal.
For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
And so, when Jesus' name is called, the knees of everyone should fall, wherever they're residing.
