'Looks' in the Bible

“As a slave earnestly longs for the shade,And as a hired man eagerly awaits his wages,

The eye of anyone who looks on mewill no longer see me.Your eyes will look for me, but I will be gone.

His roots are intertwined around a pile of rocks.He looks for a home among the stones.

Look, if God doesn't trust his holy ones, if even the heavens aren't pure as he looks at them,

For He looks to the ends of the earthand sees everything under the heavens.

“He sings out to other men,‘I have sinned and perverted that which was right,And it was not proper for me!

Can anyone capture him while he looks on,or pierce his nose with snares? >

He looks down on everything that is high; he rules over every kind of pride."
