'Net' in the Bible
And thou shalt make for it a grating of network of brass: and upon the net shalt thou make four brazen rings in the four corners thereof.
And thou shalt put it under the ledge round the altar beneath, that the net may reach halfway up the altar.
For he is cast into a net by his own feet, And he walketh upon the toils.
Know now that God hath subverted me in my cause , And hath compassed me with his net.
The nations are sunk down in the pit that they made: In the net which they hid is their own foot taken.
He lurketh in secret as a lion in his covert; He lieth in wait to catch the poor: He doth catch the poor, when he draweth him in his net.

Thou broughtest us into the net; Thou layedst a sore burden upon our loins.
The proud have hid a snare for me, and cords; They have spread a net by the wayside; They have set gins for me. Selah
For in vain is the net spread In the sight of any bird:
The wicked desireth the net of evil men; But the root of the righteous yieldeth fruit .
A man that flattereth his neighbor Spreadeth a net for his steps.
For man also knoweth not his time: as the fishes that are taken in an evil net, and as the birds that are caught in the snare, even so are the sons of men snared in an evil time, when it falleth suddenly upon them.
Thy sons have fainted, they lie at the head of all the streets, as an antelope in a net; they are full of the wrath of Jehovah, the rebuke of thy God.
