'Received' in the Bible

Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;

Once you were not a people,but now you are God’s people;you had not received mercy,but now you have received mercy.

As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.
