'Step' in the Bible

They track us down and have now surrounded us in our steps;They set their eyes to force us to the ground,

Thou enlargest my step under me, And mine ankles have not slidden.

The steps of a [good and righteous] man are directed and established by the Lord,And He delights in his way [and blesses his path].

The law of his God is in his heart; he will never make a false step.

We turn not backward our heart, Nor turn aside doth our step from Thy path.

They gather together and hide in ambush. They watch my every step as they lie in wait for my life.

Now as for me, my feet nearly stumbled, as I almost lost my step.

how Your enemies have ridiculed, Lord,how they have ridiculed every step of Your anointed.

With all my heart I have sought You, [inquiring of You and longing for You];Do not let me wander from Your commandments [neither through ignorance nor by willful disobedience].
