Jesus told them to go into the city and tell a certain man: The Teacher's time is at hand. I will keep the Passover at your house with my disciples.
After returning to the disciples, he said: Do you sleep now and take your rest? The hour is here and the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.
They looked for a way to capture him. But no man laid his hand on him. This is because his hour had not yet arrived.
Jesus answered: The time has come for the Son of man to be glorified.

This is the message you heard from the beginning, that we should love one another! We should not be like Cain who was of the evil one, and killed his brother. Why did he murder him? You know that message which began in Galilee and was published throughout all Judea, after the baptism that John preached. God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power. Jesus went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil. God was with him.

This is the message you heard from the beginning, that we should love one another! We should not be like Cain who was of the evil one, and killed his brother. Why did he murder him?
