This is so he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word. So he will be able to present the congregation to himself as a glorious congregation, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing. It should be holy and without blemish.

You are made full (complete) (perfect) (mature) in him. He is the head over all government and authority.

He said to them: I must preach the good news of the kingdom of God to the other cities also. This is why I was sent.
He replied: We must go to other towns. I will preach to them too. I came for this purpose.
The Spirit of Jehovah is upon me. He anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim release to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind. To set at liberty those who are bruised. To proclaim the acceptable year of Jehovah. (Isaiah 61:1)
The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord Jehovah is upon me, because Jehovah has anointed me to announce good news to the lowly and meek. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to captives and freedom to prisoners. To proclaim the favorable Year of Jehovah and the day of vengeance of our God. A woman whose little daughter had an evil spirit heard about Jesus. She went to him and bowed down. The woman was a Greek Syrophoenician by race. He said to her: Let the children be fed first. It is not proper to take the children's bread and cast it to the dogs. She answered: Yes Lord, even the dogs under the table eat from the children's crumbs. Then he replied: Thanks to your answer you may leave for the demon has gone out of your daughter. It is the same. I tell you, there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine good people who do not need to repent.
I tell you, it is the same for the angels of God who rejoice over one sinner who repents.

This is everlasting life that they should have *deep, intimate knowledge of you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have commissioned. *(Greek: ginosko: know, perceive, be sure, understand)
I want to know him and the power of his resurrection. I want to know the fellowship of his sufferings and become conformed to his death.
Grow in the unmerited favor and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and forever. Amen.

Faith, hope and love remain. These three! The greatest of these is love!
But the objective is love out of a pure heart and a good conscience and faith without hypocrisy.
Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has seen God at any time! If we love one another, God lives with us, and his love is perfected (accomplished) (matured) through us.
Salt is good. If it loses its saltiness how can you make it salty again? Have the salt or seasoning of friendship among yourselves, and live in peace with one another.
Finally brothers, farewell: Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you.
Make it your ambition to lead a quiet life, and mind your own business, and work with your hands, as we command you.
Go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Teach them to observe all the things I have commanded you. Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.
I do not consider my life of any account. It is not dear to me so that I may finish the race, and I may accomplish the ministry I received from the Lord Jesus, to preach the good news of the grace of God.

While in this tabernacle we groan and sigh with prayer. We are concerned that we would be clothed with what is mortal and be swallowed up (devoured) by this life. He that prepared us for this very purpose is God. He gave the Spirit to us as a guarantee (pledge) (security).
We that are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air; and so will we ever be with the Lord.
Beloved, now we are children of God. It is not yet revealed what we will be. We know that when he is revealed we will be like him. We will see him just as he is.
In my Father's house are many dwelling places. If it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. If I go and prepare a place for you I will come again and I will receive you to myself, for where I am you may also be.
This is the will of him that sent me that I should not lose any of those he has given me, but I should raise them up at the last day.
