Hebrews 9:15

And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that, death being suffered for the redemption of transgressions committed against the first testament, they who are called might receive the promise of an eternal inheritance.

Hebrews 8:1-2

NOW the summary of the things spoken is this: we have such an high-priest, who hath taken his seat at the right hand of the throne of Majesty in the heavens; a minister of the holies, and of the true tabernacle which the Lord hath pitched, and not man.

Romans 6:1-7

Romans 7:4-6

For when we were in the flesh, the sinful passions excited by the law, wrought powerfully in our members, to bring forth fruit unto death. Galatians 2:19-20

For I through the law am dead to the law, that I should live unto God. I am crucified with Christ, yet I live; though no more I, but Christ liveth in me: and my present life in the flesh, is a life by faith in the Son of God, who hath loved me, and delivered up himself for me.
