If I then, the Lord and the teacher, have washed your feet, ye also ought to wash each other's feet. For I have given you an example, so that just as I have done to you ye also should do.
Look ye out (each man) not to things of yourselves, but each man also to the things of others. Indeed have this way to think in you, that also was in Christ Jesus,
This is my commandment, that ye love each other, just as I have loved you.
By this we know love, because that man laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers.
A new commandment I give to you, that ye should love each other, just as I loved you, so that ye also should love each other.
