“Write to the angel of the church in Laodicea:

“The Amen, the faithful and true Witness, the Originator of God’s creation says:

The heavens were made by the word of the Lord,
and all the stars, by the breath of His mouth.

yet for us there is one God, the Father.
All things are from Him,
and we exist for Him.
And there is one Lord, Jesus Christ.
All things are through Him,
and we exist through Him.

and to shed light for all about the administration of the mystery hidden for ages in God who created all things.

Long ago God spoke to the fathers by the prophets at different times and in different ways. In these last days, He has spoken to us by [His] Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things and through whom He made the universe.

For the choir director. A Davidic psalm.The heavens declare the glory of God,
and the sky proclaims the work of His hands.

The heavens proclaim His righteousness;
all the peoples see His glory.

although He did not leave Himself without a witness, since He did what is good by giving you rain from heaven and fruitful seasons and satisfying your hearts with food and happiness.”

For His invisible attributes, that is, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen since the creation of the world, being understood through what He has made. As a result, people are without excuse.

Since all these things are to be destroyed in this way, it is clear what sort of people you should be in holy conduct and godliness

“For I will create a new heaven and a new earth;
the past events will not be remembered or come to mind.

But based on His promise, we wait for the new heavens and a new earth, where righteousness will dwell.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away, and look, new things have come.

For we are His creation, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared ahead of time so that we should walk in them.

For God who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of God’s glory in the face of Jesus Christ.

Then God said, "Let there be light," and there was light. God saw that the light was good, and God separated the light from the darkness. God called the light "day," and He called the darkness "night." Evening came, and then morning: the first day.

The Lord has prepared everything for His purpose—
even the wicked for the day of disaster.

Our Lord and God,
You are worthy to receive
glory and honor and power,
because You have created all things,
and because of Your will
they exist and were created.

God, create a clean heart for me
and renew a steadfast spirit within me.

you put on the new self, the one created according to God’s likeness in righteousness and purity of the truth.

You alone are Yahweh.
You created the heavens,
the highest heavens with all their host,
the earth and all that is on it,
the seas and all that is in them.
You give life to all of them,
and the heavenly host worships You.

Happy is the one whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the Lord his God, the Maker of heaven and earth, the sea and everything in them. He remains faithful forever,

All of them are put to shame, even humiliated;
the makers of idols go in humiliation together.

For this is what the Lord says—
God is the Creator of the heavens.
He formed the earth and made it.
He established it;
He did not create it to be empty,
but formed it to be inhabited—
“I am Yahweh,
and there is no other.

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

For at that time there will be great tribulation, the kind that hasn’t taken place from the beginning of the world until now and never will again!

For the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and everything in them in six days; then He rested on the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and declared it holy.

It is a sign forever between Me and the Israelites, for in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, but on the seventh day He rested and was refreshed.”

Do you not know?
Have you not heard?
Yahweh is the everlasting God,
the Creator of the whole earth.
He never grows faint or weary;
there is no limit to His understanding.

Look up and see:
who created these?
He brings out the starry host by number;
He calls all of them by name.
Because of His great power and strength,
not one of them is missing.

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

These are the records of the heavens and the earth, concerning their creation at the time that the Lord God made the earth and the heavens. No shrub of the field had yet [grown] on the land, and no plant of the field had yet sprouted, for the Lord God had not made it rain on the land, and there was no man to work the ground.

Then God said, “Let the earth produce living creatures according to their kinds: livestock, creatures that crawl, and the wildlife of the earth according to their kinds.” And it was so.

How countless are Your works, Lord!
In wisdom You have made them all;
the earth is full of Your creatures.

He made the heavens skillfully.
        His love is eternal.

By faith we understand that the universe was created by God’s command, so that what is seen has been made from things that are not visible.

in God’s sight. As it is written: I have made you the father of many nations. He believed in God, who gives life to the dead and calls things into existence that do not exist.

All You have made will thank You, Lord;
the godly will praise You.

Let them praise the name of Yahweh,
for He commanded, and they were created.

By faith we understand that the universe was created by God’s command, so that what is seen has been made from things that are not visible.

For He spoke, and it came into being;

By His breath the heavens gained their beauty;

When You send Your breath,
they are created,
and You renew the face of the earth.

For everything was created by Him,
in heaven and on earth,
the visible and the invisible,
whether thrones or dominions
or rulers or authorities—
all things have been created through Him and for Him.

Then God said, "Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to separate the day from the night. They will serve as signs for festivals and for days and years. They will be lights in the expanse of the sky to provide light on the earth." And it was so. God made the two great lights-the greater light to have dominion over the day and the lesser light to have dominion over the night-as well as the stars. read more.
God placed them in the expanse of the sky to provide light on the earth, to dominate the day and the night, and to separate light from darkness. And God saw that it was good. Evening came, and then morning: the fourth day.

Then God said, "Let the water swarm with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the expanse of the sky." So God created the large sea-creatures and every living creature that moves and swarms in the water, according to their kinds. [He also created] every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. So God blessed them, "Be fruitful, multiply, and fill the waters of the seas, and let the birds multiply on the earth." read more.
Evening came, and then morning: the fifth day.

Then God said, "Let the water under the sky be gathered into one place, and let the dry land appear." And it was so. God called the dry land "earth," and He called the gathering of the water "seas." And God saw that it was good. Then God said, "Let the earth produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants, and fruit trees on the earth bearing fruit with seed in it, according to their kinds." The earth brought forth vegetation: seed-bearing plants according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with seed in it, according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good. Evening came, and then morning: the third day.

Then God said, "Let there be an expanse between the waters, separating water from water." So God made the expanse and separated the water under the expanse from the water above the expanse. And it was so. God called the expanse "sky." Evening came, and then morning: the second day.

By the seventh day, God completed His work that He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work that He had done. God blessed the seventh day and declared it holy, for on it He rested from His work of creation.

By faith we understand that the universe was created by God’s command, so that what is seen has been made from things that are not visible.

God saw all that He had made, and it was very good. Evening came and then morning: the sixth day.

Yahweh does whatever He pleases
in heaven and on earth,
in the seas and all the depths.

For His invisible attributes, that is, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen since the creation of the world, being understood through what He has made. As a result, people are without excuse.

When I observe Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, the moon and the stars, which You set in place, what is man that You remember him, the son of man that You look after him?

For we know that the whole creation has been groaning together with labor pains until now.

and apart from Him not one thing was created
that has been created.

Long ago You established the earth,
and the heavens are the work of Your hands.

He made the earth by His power,
established the world by His wisdom,
and spread out the heavens by His understanding.

By His breath the heavens gained their beauty;
His hand pierced the fleeing serpent.

When You send Your breath,
they are created,
and You renew the face of the earth.

Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness covered the surface of the watery depths, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the surface of the waters.
