Lie not one to another, putting off the old man with his deeds and being clothed with the new man, who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of the one that created him,
that ye put off everything concerning the old way of life, that is, the old man who corrupts himself according to deceitful desires, and be renewed in the spirit of your understanding and that ye put on the new man, which is created in conformity to God in righteousness and in the holiness of the truth.
knowing this: that our old man is crucified with him that the body of sin might be destroyed that we should not serve sin any longer.
This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary the one to the other, so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. But if ye are led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.
If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
