8 Bible Verses about Spiritual Hunger

and all evil-speakings, As new born babes desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby:

Happy are they that hunger and thirst after righteousness; for they shall be satisfied.

For the bread of God is he that cometh down from heaven, and giveth life to the world. Then said they to him, Lord, ever give us this bread. And Jesus said to them, I am the bread of life. He that cometh to me shall never hunger, and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.

Jesus answered and said to her, Whosoever drinketh of this water, will thirst again. But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him, will never thirst; but the water that I shall give him, will be in him a fountain of water, springing up into everlasting life.

He that cometh to me shall never hunger, and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.

On the last, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come to me and drink.

And he said to me, It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give to him that thirsteth of the fountain of the water of life freely.

And let him that thirsteth, come: let him that willeth, take the water of life freely.
