For our momentary, light suffering is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison

But the wise will shine like the brightness of the heavenly expanse. And those bringing many to righteousness will be like the stars forever and ever.

The last enemy to be eliminated is death.

But those who are regarded as worthy to share in that age and in the resurrection from the dead neither marry nor are given in marriage. And the world is passing away with all its desires, but the person who does the will of God remains forever.

Who is there from the entire human race who has heard the voice of the living God speaking from the middle of the fire as we have, and has lived?

For you are the one who gives and sustains life.

I thirst for God, for the living God. I say, "When will I be able to go and appear in God's presence?"

when you deliver my life from death. You keep my feet from stumbling, so that I might serve God as I enjoy life.

And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us insight to know him who is true, and we are in him who is true, in his Son Jesus Christ. This one is the true God and eternal life.

The Spirit is the one who gives life; human nature is of no help! The words that I have spoken to you are spirit and are life.

who made us adequate to be servants of a new covenant not based on the letter but on the Spirit, for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.

because the person who sows to his own flesh will reap corruption from the flesh, but the one who sows to the Spirit will reap eternal life from the Spirit.
