Artaxerxes' Letter To Ezra

¹¹ And this is the copy of the letter, that king Artaxerxes gave unto Ezra the priest, the scribe, which was a teacher in the words of the LORD and of his statutes over Israel: ¹² "Artaxerxes, king of kings, unto Ezra the priest and scribe in the law of the God of heaven: peace and salutation. ¹³ I have commanded, that all they of the people of Israel, and of the priests and Levites in my realm, which are minded of their own good will to go up to Jerusalem, go with thee;
