23 The Sovereign Lord Jehovah of Hosts, will carry out the complete destruction decreed upon the whole land. 24 Therefore thus says the Lord God of hosts, “O My people who dwell in Zion, do not fear the Assyrian who strikes you with the rod and lifts up his staff against you, the way Egypt did. 25 Very soon my anger against you will end and my wrath will be directed to their destruction.
