Thou art a defense against evil weather and a shadow against the heat, when the blast of the raging men is like a storm that casteth down a wall. 5 Like as the heat in a dry place wasteth all things, so shalt thou suppress the noise of the aliens. The heat is abated with the shadow of the cloud; even so shall God assuage the noise of the cruel tyrants.
