Jeremiah 31:2

God's Relationship With His People

¹ At that time, says the Lord, I will be the God of all the families of Israel, and they will be my people. ² The Lord has said, Grace came in the waste land to a people kept safe from the sword, even to Israel on the way to his resting-place. ³ From far away he saw the Lord: my love for you is an eternal love: so with mercy I have made you come with me.

Numbers 10:33
