2 “Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, ‘(A)The Lord’s appointed times which you shall (B)proclaim as holy convocations—My appointed times are these:
2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts.
2 “Speak to the Israelites and tell them: These are My appointed times,(A) the times of the Lord that you will proclaim as sacred assemblies.(B)
2 "Tell the Israelis that these are my festival times appointed by the LORD that you are to declare as sacred assemblies:
2 “Speak to the children of Israel and say to them, ‘The appointed times (established feasts) of the Lord which you shall proclaim as holy convocations—My appointed times are these:
3 ‘(C)For six days work may be done, but on the seventh day there is a sabbath of complete rest, a holy convocation. You shall not do any work; it is a sabbath to the Lord in all your dwellings.
3 Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no work therein: it is the sabbath of the LORD in all your dwellings.
3 “Work may be done for six days, but on the seventh day there must be a Sabbath of complete rest,(C) a sacred assembly. You are not to do any work; it is a Sabbath(D) to the Lord wherever you live.

6 And on the fifteenth day of the same month is the feast of unleavened bread unto the LORD: seven days ye must eat unleavened bread.
6 The Festival of Unleavened Bread(F) to the Lord is on the fifteenth day of the same month. For seven days you must eat unleavened bread.
6 On the fifteenth day of that month is the Festival of Unleavened Bread to the LORD. For seven days you are to eat unleavened bread.
7 In the first day ye shall have an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein.
7 On the first day you are to hold a sacred assembly; you are not to do any daily work.

8 Instead, you are to bring an offering made by fire to the LORD daily for seven days. On the seventh day, you are also to hold a sacred assembly during which you are to do no servile work."

10 “Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, ‘When you enter the land which I am going to give to you and (H)reap its harvest, then you shall bring in the sheaf of the first fruits of your harvest to the priest.
10 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye be come into the land which I give unto you, and shall reap the harvest thereof, then ye shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest unto the priest:
10 “Speak to the Israelites and tell them: When you enter the land I am giving you and reap its harvest,(a) you are to bring the first sheaf of your harvest to the priest.
10 "Tell the Israelis that when you enter the land that I'm about to give you and gather its produce, you are to bring a sheaf from the first portion of your harvest to the priest,
11 He shall wave the sheaf before the Lord for you to be accepted; on the day after the sabbath the priest shall wave it.
11 And he shall wave the sheaf before the LORD, to be accepted for you: on the morrow after the sabbath the priest shall wave it.
11 He will wave the sheaf before the Lord so that you may be accepted; the priest is to wave it on the day after the Sabbath.
11 who will offer the sheaf in the LORD's presence for your acceptance. The priest is to wave it on the day after the Sabbath.

12 Now on the day when you wave the sheaf, you shall offer a male lamb one year old without defect for a burnt offering to the Lord.
12 And ye shall offer that day when ye wave the sheaf an he lamb without blemish of the first year for a burnt offering unto the LORD.
12 On the day you wave the sheaf, you are to offer a year-old male lamb(b) without blemish(G) as a burnt offering to the Lord.
12 On the day you wave the sheaf, you are to offer a one year old male lamb without defect for a burnt offering in the LORD's presence.
12 Now on the day when you wave the sheaf you shall offer a male lamb one year old without blemish as a burnt offering to the Lord.
13 Its (I)grain offering shall then be two-tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with oil, an offering by fire to the Lord for a soothing aroma, with its drink offering, a fourth of a (b)hin of wine.
13 And the meat offering thereof shall be two tenth deals of fine flour mingled with oil, an offering made by fire unto the LORD for a sweet savour: and the drink offering thereof shall be of wine, the fourth part of an hin.
13 Its grain offering is to be four quarts(c) of fine flour mixed with oil as a fire offering to the Lord, a pleasing aroma, and its drink offering will be one quart(d) of wine.
13 Also present a meal offering of two tenths of a measure of fine flour mixed with olive oil as an offering made by fire to the LORD, a pleasing aroma. Now as to a drink offering, you are to present a fourth of a hin of wine.
14 Until this same day, until you have brought in the offering of your God, (J)you shall eat neither bread nor roasted grain nor new growth. It is to be a perpetual statute throughout your generations in all your dwelling places.
14 And ye shall eat neither bread, nor parched corn, nor green ears, until the selfsame day that ye have brought an offering unto your God: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
14 You must not eat bread, roasted grain, or any new grain(e) until this very day, and until you have brought the offering to your God. This is to be a permanent statute throughout your generations wherever you live.
14 You are not to eat bread, parched grain, or fresh grain until that day when you've brought the offering of your God. This is to be an eternal ordinance throughout your generations, wherever you live."
14 You shall not eat any bread or roasted grain or new growth, until this same day when you bring in the offering to your God; it is a permanent statute throughout your generations wherever you may be.
15 ‘(K)You shall also count for yourselves from the day after the sabbath, from the day when you brought in the sheaf of the wave offering; there shall be seven complete sabbaths.
15 And ye shall count unto you from the morrow after the sabbath, from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven sabbaths shall be complete:
15 “You are to count seven(f) complete weeks(g)(H) starting from the day after the Sabbath, the day you brought the sheaf of the presentation offering.(I)
15 "Starting the day after the Sabbath, count for yourselves seven weeks from the day you brought the sheaf of the wave offering. They are to be complete.
15 ‘You shall count from the day after the Sabbath, from the day when you brought in the sheaf (tied bundle of grain) of the wave offering; there shall be seven complete Sabbaths (seven full weeks).
16 You shall count fifty days to the day after the seventh sabbath; then you shall present a (L)new grain offering to the Lord.
16 Even unto the morrow after the seventh sabbath shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall offer a new meat offering unto the LORD.
16 You are to count 50 days until the day after the seventh Sabbath and then present an offering of new grain(h) to the Lord.
16 Count fifty days to the day after the seventh Sabbath, then bring a new meal offering to the LORD.
17 You shall bring in from your dwelling places two loaves of bread for a wave offering, made of two-tenths of an (c)ephah; they shall be of a fine flour, baked (M)with leaven as first fruits to the Lord.
17 Ye shall bring out of your habitations two wave loaves of two tenth deals: they shall be of fine flour; they shall be baken with leaven; they are the firstfruits unto the LORD.
17 Bring two loaves of bread from your settlements as a presentation offering, each of them made from four quarts(i) of fine flour, baked with yeast, as firstfruits(J) to the Lord.
17 Bring two loaves of bread from home as wave offerings made from two tenths of fine flour baked with leaven as first fruits to the LORD.
17 You shall bring in from your places two loaves of bread as a wave offering, made from two-tenths of an ephah of fine flour; they shall be baked with leaven as first fruits to the Lord.
18 Along with the bread you shall present seven one year old male lambs without defect, and a bull of the herd and two rams; they are to be a burnt offering to the Lord, with their grain offering and their drink offerings, an offering by fire of a soothing aroma to the Lord.
18 And ye shall offer with the bread seven lambs without blemish of the first year, and one young bullock, and two rams: they shall be for a burnt offering unto the LORD, with their meat offering, and their drink offerings, even an offering made by fire, of sweet savour unto the LORD.
18 You are to present with the bread seven unblemished male lambs a year old, one young bull, and two rams. They will be a burnt offering to the Lord, with their grain offerings and drink offerings, a fire offering of a pleasing aroma to the Lord.
18 Along with the loaves of bread, bring seven lambs (each of them one year old and without defect), one young bull as an offering, and two rams as offerings to the LORD along with your gift and drink offerings and present them as an offering made by fire, a pleasing aroma to the LORD.
18 And you shall offer with the bread seven unblemished lambs, one year old, and one young bull and two rams. They are to be a burnt offering to the Lord, with their grain offering and their drink offerings. It is an offering by fire, a sweet and soothing aroma to the Lord.
19 You shall also offer (N)one male goat for a sin offering and two male lambs one year old for a sacrifice of peace offerings.
19 Then ye shall sacrifice one kid of the goats for a sin offering, and two lambs of the first year for a sacrifice of peace offerings.
19 You are also to prepare one male goat as a sin offering, and two male lambs a year old as a fellowship sacrifice.
19 Prepare one male goat for a sin offering and two one year old rams for peace offerings.
19 And you shall sacrifice one male goat as a sin offering and two male lambs, one year old as a sacrifice of peace offerings.
20 The priest shall then wave them with the bread of the first fruits for a wave offering with two lambs before the Lord; they are to be holy to the Lord for the priest.
20 And the priest shall wave them with the bread of the firstfruits for a wave offering before the LORD, with the two lambs: they shall be holy to the LORD for the priest.
20 The priest will wave the lambs with the bread of firstfruits as a presentation offering before the Lord; the bread and the two lambs will be holy to the Lord for the priest.
20 Then the priest is to wave them the two lambs with the bread of first fruits as raised offerings in the LORD's presence. They'll be sacred to the LORD on account of the priest.
20 The priest shall wave them before the Lord as a wave offering, together with the bread of the first fruits and the two lambs. They are to be holy to the Lord for the priest.
21 On this same day you shall (O)make a proclamation as well; you are to have a holy convocation. You shall do no laborious (P)work. It is to be a perpetual statute in all your dwelling places throughout your generations.
21 And ye shall proclaim on the selfsame day, that it may be an holy convocation unto you: ye shall do no servile work therein: it shall be a statute for ever in all your dwellings throughout your generations.
21 On that same day you are to make a proclamation and hold a sacred assembly. You are not to do any daily work. This is to be a permanent statute wherever you live throughout your generations.
21 "On the same day, proclaim a sacred assembly for yourselves. You are not to do any servile work and this is to be an eternal ordinance wherever you live throughout your generations.
21 On this same day you shall make a proclamation, you are to have a holy convocation (calling together); you shall not do any laborious work [on that day]. It is to be a permanent statute throughout your generations wherever you may be.
22 ‘(Q)When you reap the harvest of your land, moreover, you shall not reap to the very corners of your field nor gather the gleaning of your harvest; you are to leave them for the needy and the alien. I am the Lord your God.’”
22 And when ye reap the harvest of your land, thou shalt not make clean riddance of the corners of thy field when thou reapest, neither shalt thou gather any gleaning of thy harvest: thou shalt leave them unto the poor, and to the stranger: I am the LORD your God.
22 When you reap the harvest of your land, you are not to reap all the way to the edge of your field or gather the gleanings of your harvest. Leave them for the poor and the foreign resident;(K) I am Yahweh your God.”
22 Furthermore, when you harvest the produce of your land, you are not to harvest all the way to the corners of your field or gather the gleanings of your harvest. Leave them for the poor and resident alien. I am the LORD your God."
22 ‘When you reap the harvest of your land, you shall not reap to the edges of your field, nor gather the gleaning of your harvest; you are to leave them for the poor and for the stranger. I am the Lord your God.’”
24 “Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, ‘(R)In the seventh month on the first of the month you shall have a (d)rest, a (S)reminder by blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation.
24 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.
24 “Tell the Israelites: In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you are to have a day of complete rest, commemoration, and joyful shouting(j)(L)—a sacred assembly.(M)
24 "Tell the Israelis that on the first day of the seventh month you are to have a Sabbath of rest for you a memorial announced by a loud blast of trumpets. It is to be a sacred assembly.
24 “Say to the children of Israel, ‘On the first day of the seventh month (almost October), you shall observe a day of solemn sabbatical rest, a memorial day announced by the blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation.
25 Ye shall do no servile work therein: but ye shall offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD.
25 You must not do any daily work, but you must present a fire offering to the Lord.”
25 You are not to do any servile work. Instead, bring an offering made by fire to the LORD."
25 You shall not do any laborious work [on that day], but you shall present an offering by fire to the Lord.’”
27 “On exactly (U)the tenth day of this seventh month is (V)the day of atonement; it shall be a holy convocation for you, and you shall humble your souls and present an offering by fire to the Lord.
27 Also on the tenth day of this seventh month there shall be a day of atonement: it shall be an holy convocation unto you; and ye shall afflict your souls, and offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD.
27 “The tenth day of this seventh month is the Day of Atonement.(N) You are to hold a sacred assembly and practice self-denial;(k)(O) you are to present a fire offering to the Lord.
27 "However, on the tenth day of this seventh month is the Day of Atonement. It's a sacred assembly for you. Humble yourselves and bring an offering made by fire to the LORD.
28 You shall not do any work on this same day, for it is a (W)day of atonement, (X)to make atonement on your behalf before the Lord your God.
28 And ye shall do no work in that same day: for it is a day of atonement, to make an atonement for you before the LORD your God.
28 On this particular day you are not to do any work, for it is a Day of Atonement to make atonement for yourselves before the Lord your God.
28 You are not to do any work that same day. It's the Day of Atonement, because your atonement is made in the presence of the LORD your God.
28 You shall not do any work on this same day, for it is the Day of Atonement, to make atonement on your behalf before the Lord your God.
29 If there is any (e)person who will not humble himself on this same day, (Y)he shall be cut off from his people.
29 For whatsoever soul it be that shall not be afflicted in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his people.
29 If any person does not practice self-denial on this particular day, he must be cut off from his people.
29 Anyone who doesn't humble himself that same day is to be eliminated from contact with his people.
29 If there is any person who will not humble himself on this same day, he shall be cut off from his people [excluding him from the atonement made for them].
30 As for any person who does any work on this same day, that person I will destroy from among his people.
30 And whatsoever soul it be that doeth any work in that same day, the same soul will I destroy from among his people.
30 I will destroy among his people anyone who does any work on this same day.
30 I'll eliminate anyone who does work that day from among his people.
30 If there is any person who does any work on this same day, I will destroy that person from among his people.
31 You shall do no work at all. It is to be a perpetual statute throughout your generations in all your dwelling places.
31 Ye shall do no manner of work: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations in all your dwellings.
31 You are not to do any work. This is a permanent statute throughout your generations wherever you live.
31 You are not to do any work. This is to be an eternal ordinance throughout your generations, wherever you live.
31 You shall do no work at all [on that day]. It is a permanent statute throughout your generations wherever you may be.
32 It is to be a sabbath of complete rest to you, and you shall humble your souls; on the ninth of the month at evening, from evening until evening you shall keep your sabbath.”
32 It shall be unto you a sabbath of rest, and ye shall afflict your souls: in the ninth day of the month at even, from even unto even, shall ye celebrate your sabbath.
32 It will be a Sabbath of complete rest for you, and you must practice self-denial. You are to observe your Sabbath from the evening of the ninth day of the month until the following evening.”
32 It's a Sabbath of rest for you on which you are to humble yourselves starting the evening of the ninth day of the month. You are to observe your Sabbath from evening to evening."
32 It is to be to you a Sabbath of complete rest, and you shall humble yourselves. On the ninth day of the month at evening, from evening to evening you shall keep your Sabbath.”
34 “Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, ‘On (Z)the fifteenth of this seventh month is the (AA)Feast of Booths for seven days to the Lord.
34 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, The fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the feast of tabernacles for seven days unto the LORD.
34 “Tell the Israelites: The Festival of Booths(l)(P) to the Lord begins on the fifteenth day of this seventh month and continues for seven days.
34 "Tell the Israelis that starting the fifteenth day of this seventh month is the week-long Festival of Tents to the LORD.
34 “Say to the children of Israel, ‘On the fifteenth day of this seventh month, and for seven days, is the Feast of Booths (Tabernacles) to the Lord.
35 On the first day shall be an holy convocation: ye shall do no servile work therein.
35 There is to be a sacred assembly on the first day; you are not to do any daily work.

37 ‘These are (AE)the appointed times of the Lord which you shall proclaim as holy convocations, to present offerings by fire to the Lord—burnt offerings and grain offerings, sacrifices and drink offerings, (AF)each day’s matter on its own day—
37 These are the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, to offer an offering made by fire unto the LORD, a burnt offering, and a meat offering, a sacrifice, and drink offerings, every thing upon his day:
37 “These are the Lord’s appointed times that you are to proclaim as sacred assemblies for presenting fire offerings to the Lord, burnt offerings and grain offerings, sacrifices and drink offerings, each on its designated day.

39 ‘On exactly the fifteenth day of the seventh month, (AG)when you have gathered in the crops of the land, you shall celebrate the feast of the Lord for seven days, with a (g)rest on the first day and a (h)rest on the eighth day.
39 Also in the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when ye have gathered in the fruit of the land, ye shall keep a feast unto the LORD seven days: on the first day shall be a sabbath, and on the eighth day shall be a sabbath.
39 “You are to celebrate the Lord’s festival on the fifteenth day of the seventh month for seven days after you have gathered the produce of the land. There will be complete rest on the first day and complete rest on the eighth day.
39 "On the fifteenth day of the seventh month, when you've harvested the produce of the land, you are to observe the festival of the LORD for seven days. The first day is to be a Sabbath rest, and the eighth day also is to be a Sabbath rest.
39 ‘On exactly the fifteenth day of the seventh month (nearly October), when you have gathered in the crops of the land, you shall celebrate the feast of the Lord for seven days, with a Sabbath rest on the first day and a Sabbath rest on the eighth day.
40 Now on the first day you shall take for yourselves the (i)foliage of beautiful trees, palm branches and boughs of leafy trees and willows of the brook, and you shall rejoice before the Lord your God for seven days.
40 And ye shall take you on the first day the boughs of goodly trees, branches of palm trees, and the boughs of thick trees, and willows of the brook; and ye shall rejoice before the LORD your God seven days.
40 On the first day you are to take the product(R) of majestic trees—palm fronds,(S) boughs of leafy trees,(T) and willows of the brook(U)—and rejoice before the Lord your God for seven days.
40 "On the first day, take branches from impressive fruit trees, branches from palm trees, boughs from thick trees, and poplars from the brooks. Then you are to rejoice in the presence of the LORD your God for seven days.
40 Now on the first day you shall take for yourselves the foliage of beautiful trees, branches of palm trees, and boughs of thick (leafy) trees, and willows of the brook [and make booths of them]; and you shall rejoice before the Lord your God for seven days.
41 You shall thus celebrate it as a feast to the Lord for seven days in the year. It shall be a perpetual statute throughout your generations; you shall celebrate it in the seventh month.
41 And ye shall keep it a feast unto the LORD seven days in the year. It shall be a statute for ever in your generations: ye shall celebrate it in the seventh month.
41 You are to celebrate it as a festival to the Lord seven days each year. This is a permanent statute for you throughout your generations; you must celebrate it in the seventh month.
41 Observe it as a pilgrimage festival in the presence of the LORD for seven days of the year. This is to be an eternal ordinance throughout your generations. Observe the festival during the seventh month.
41 You shall celebrate it as a feast to the Lord for seven days in the year. It shall be a permanent statute throughout your generations; you shall celebrate it in the seventh month.
42 You shall (j)live (AH)in booths for seven days; all the native-born in Israel shall (k)live in booths,
42 Ye shall dwell in booths seven days; all that are Israelites born shall dwell in booths:
42 You are to live in tents for seven days. Every native born of Israel is to live in tents
42 You shall live in booths (temporary shelters) for seven days; all native-born in Israel shall live in booths,
43 so that (AI)your generations may know that I had the sons of Israel live in booths when I brought them out from the land of Egypt. I am the Lord your God.’”
43 That your generations may know that I made the children of Israel to dwell in booths, when I brought them out of the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.
43 so that your generations may know that I made the Israelites live in booths when I brought them out of the land of Egypt; I am Yahweh your God.”
43 in order for your future generations to know that the Israelis lived in tents when I brought them out of the land of Egypt. I am the LORD your God."

44 And Moses declared unto the children of Israel the feasts of the LORD.
44 So Moses declared the Lord’s appointed times to the Israelites.
