After these things had happened, Paul decided to go through Macedonia and Achaia and then to go on to Jerusalem. "After I have gone there," he told them, "I must also see Rome."

because the believers in Macedonia and Achaia have been eager to share their resources with the poor among the saints in Jerusalem.

For I know how willing you are, and I boast about you to the people of Macedonia, saying that Achaia has been ready since last year, and your enthusiasm has stimulated most of them.

As surely as the truth of the Messiah is in me, my boasting will not be silenced in the regions of Achaia.
