Zephaniah 3:1

Judgment Of Jerusalem And The Nations

¹ Woe to the city that is rebellious and defiled,
the oppressive city!
² She has not obeyed;
she has not accepted discipline.
She has not trusted in Yahweh;
she has not drawn near to her God.

Jeremiah 6:6

For this is what the Lord of Hosts says:

Cut down the trees;
raise a siege ramp against Jerusalem.
This city must be punished.
There is nothing but oppression within her.

Leviticus 1:16

They do not fear Me,” says the Lord of Hosts.
