'By the Prophets' in the Bible

For this I cut off by the prophets; I slew them by the words of my mouth: and thy judgments the light going forth.

And I spake by the prophets, and I multiplied the vision, and by the hand of the prophets I will use similitudes.

And having come, he dwelt in a city called Nazareth: that it might be completed spoken by the prophets, That he shall be called a Nazarite.

And taking the twelve, he said to them, Behold, we go up to Jerusalem, and all things written by the prophets shall be completed to the Son of man.

See ye, therefore, that that spoken by the prophets come not upon you.

But now without law the justice of God has been made apparent, being testified by the law and by the prophets;
