So that none of all the trees by the waters exalt themselves for their height, neither shoot up their tops among the thick boughs, neither their trees stand up in their height, all that drink water: for they are all delivered unto death, to the lower parts of the earth, in the midst of the children of men, with them that go down to the pit.

Yea, I will cause men to walk upon you, even my people Israel; and they shall possess you, and you shall be their inheritance, and you shall no more bereave them of children.

Thus says the Lord GOD; Because they say unto you, You land devours up men, and has bereaved your nation of children;

Therefore you shall devour men no more, neither bereave your nation of children any more, says the Lord GOD.

And they shall dwell in the land that I have given unto Jacob my servant, in which your fathers have dwelt; and they shall dwell there, even they, and their children, and their children's children forever: and my servant David shall be their prince forever.
