Yahweh is a jealous God and avenging; Yahweh is avenging and {full of wrath}. Yahweh takes vengeance against his enemies; he rages against his adversaries.

The chariots rage in the streets; they rush to and fro in the broad ways. The appearance of them is like torches. They run like the lightnings.

He marches out in the whirlwind and the raging storm; dark storm clouds billow like dust under his feet.
