Then went out to him Jerusalem, and all Jewry, and all the regions round about Jordan,

and were baptised of him in Jordan, confessing their sins.

Then came Jesus from Galilee to Jordan unto John, to be baptised of him.

"The land of Zebulun and Naphtali, the way of the sea beyond Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles;

And there followed him a great number of people from Galilee, and from the ten cities, and from Jerusalem, and from Jewry, and from the regions that lie beyond Jordan.

And it came to pass, when Jesus had finished those sayings, he got him from Galilee, and came in to the coasts of Jewry beyond Jordan;
