At that time Jerusalem, and all Judea, as well as the whole district of the Jordan, went out to him

And were baptized by him in the river Jordan, confessing their sins.

Then Jesus came from Galilee to the Jordan, to John, to be baptized by him.

'The land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, The land of the Road by the Sea, and beyond the Jordan, With Galilee of the Gentiles--

And he was followed by large crowds from Galilee, the district of the Ten Towns, Jerusalem, Judea, and from beyond the Jordan.

At the conclusion of this teaching, Jesus withdrew from Galilee, and went into that district of Judea which is on the other side of the Jordan.
