They were all so amazed that they debated and questioned each other, saying, “What is this? A new teaching with authority! He commands even the unclean spirits (demons), and they obey Him.”

For to the person who [already] has something, [more] will be given, and from the person who has [almost] nothing, even what [little] he has will be taken away from him."

And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the ship, so that it was now almost full.

And Jesus went with him; and a large crowd followed Him and pressed in around Him [from all sides].

And when the day was nearly over His disciples came to Him and said, "This place is deserted and the day is almost over;

When He saw how distressed His disciples were, rowing against an opposing wind, Jesus came to them between three and six o'clock in the morning, walking on the water, and almost walked past them.

And they brought to Him a man who was deaf and almost dumb, and they begged Him to lay His hand upon him.

When they had almost reached Jerusalem, as far as Bethphage and Bethany, near the Mount of Olives, Jesus sent on two of his disciples.

and so He said to them, "My heart is breaking, it almost kills me! You must stay here and keep watching."
