And their border went up toward the sea, and Maralah, and reached to Dabbesheth, and reached to the brook that is east of Jokneam;

She stretches out her hand to the poor; yea, she reaches forth her hands to the needy.

And Moses went out of the city from Pharaoh, and stretched forth his hands unto the LORD: and the thunders and hail ceased, and the rain was not poured upon the earth.
