and he sent unto the husbandmen at the due time a servant, that from the husbandmen he may receive from the fruit of the vineyard,

By this time it was evening, and as it was the day of Preparation (that is, the day before the sabbath)

And when the day was now far spent, his disciples came unto him, and said, This is a desert place, and now the time is far passed:

But the time will come when the groom is taken away from them, and then they will fast in that day.

"But as to that day or the exact time no one knows--not even the angels in Heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone.

And all the time, by day and by night, in the place of the dead, and in the mountains, he was crying out and cutting himself with stones.

And very early after dawn on the first day of the week, they came at the time of the coming up of the sun to the place where the body had been put.

On the first day of the feast of Unleavened Bread, the usual time for killing the Passover lamb, Jesus' disciples asked Him, "Where do you want us to go and get the Passover supper ready for you to eat?"

Another time, as he was going through the corn-fields on the sabbath-day, his disciples as they pass'd along began to pluck the ears of corn.

but this I tell you, I will never more drink of this fruit of the vine, from this time forth to that day, when I shall drink with you of the spiritual wine in the kingdom of God.
