And he said to them in his doctrine, Beware of the scribes, who love to go in long clothing, and love salutations in the market-places,

And for Aaron's sons thou shalt make coats, and thou shalt make for them girdles, and bonnets shalt thou make for them, for glory and for beauty.

Then these men were bound in their coats, their hose, and their hats, and their other garments, and were cast into the midst of the burning fiery furnace.

And all his sons and all his daughters rose up to comfort him; but he refused to be comforted; and he said, For I will go down into the grave to my son mourning: Thus his father wept for him.

But Mary stood without at the sepulcher weeping: and as she wept she stooped down to look into the sepulcher,

And all the women that were wise-hearted spun with their hands, and brought that which they had spun, both of blue, and of purple, and of scarlet, and of fine linen.

And certain women, who had been healed of evil spirits and infirmities, Mary called Magdalene, out of whom went seven demons. And Joanna the wife of Chuza Herod's steward, and Susanna, and many others, who ministered to him of their substance.

And he saw also a certain poor widow, casting in thither two mites. And he said, Of a truth I say to you, that this poor widow hath cast in more than they all. For all these have of their abundance cast in to the offerings of God: but she of her penury hath cast in all the living that she had.
