And after these things Joseph of Arimathaea, being a disciple of Jesus, but secretly through fear of the Jews, asked of Pilate that he might take away the body of Jesus; and Pilate gave him permission. He came, therefore, and took away His body. And there came also Nicodemus, he who at the first came to Him by night, bringing a mixture of myrrh and aloes, about a hundred pounds. Now in the place where He was crucified there was a garden; and in the garden a new tomb, in which no one had yet been laid. There, therefore, on account of the Preparation of the Jews (because the tomb was near), they laid Jesus.

But Peter said to her, "Why is it that it was agreed by you to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? Behold, the feet of those who buried your husband are at the door, and they will carry you out."
