And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, "What are these which are arrayed in long white garments, and whence came they?" And I said unto him, "Lord, thou knowest." And he said unto me, "These are they which came out of great tribulation and made their garments large, and made them white in the blood of the lamb:



Dearly beloved, be not troubled in this heat, which now is come among you to try you, as though some strange thing had happened unto you: but rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's passions, that when his glory appeareth, ye may be merry and glad.

Great are the troubles of the righteous, but the LORD delivereth him out of all. He keepeth all his bones, so that not one of them is broken.


And he said unto his disciples, "Let not your hearts be troubled: believe in God, and believe in me. In my father's house are many mansions. If it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
