Then shouldest thou forget thy misery, and think no more upon it, than upon the waters that run by.
For his wrath endureth but the twinkling of an eye, and in his pleasure is life; heaviness may well endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.
Great are the troubles of the righteous, but the LORD delivereth him out of all.

and he said unto me, "My grace is sufficient for thee. For my strength is made perfect through weakness." Very gladly therefore will I rejoice of my weakness, that the strength of Christ may dwell in me.
Dearly beloved, be not troubled in this heat, which now is come among you to try you, as though some strange thing had happened unto you:
but rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's passions, that when his glory appeareth, ye may be merry and glad.
And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, "What are these which are arrayed in long white garments, and whence came they?"
And I said unto him, "Lord, thou knowest." And he said unto me, "These are they which came out of great tribulation and made their garments large, and made them white in the blood of the lamb:
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes. And there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, neither crying, neither shall there be any more pain, for the old things are gone.
