Jesus said, “I came into this world for judgment, in order that those who do not see will see and those who do see will become blind.”



“I came to bring fire on the earth, and how I wish it were already set ablaze!


If anyone hears My words and doesn’t keep them, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world.

“You are a king then?” Pilate asked.

“You say that I’m a king,” Jesus replied. “I was born for this, and I have come into the world for this: to testify to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth listens to My voice.”




“Write to the angel of the church in Laodicea:

“The Amen, the faithful and true Witness, the Originator of God’s creation says:



because the words that You gave Me,
I have given them.
They have received them
and have known for certain
that I came from You.
They have believed that You sent Me.

He was faithful to the One who appointed Him, just as Moses was in all God’s household.

Jesus was going all over Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people. Then the news about Him spread throughout Syria. So they brought to Him all those who were afflicted, those suffering from various diseases and intense pains, the demon-possessed, the epileptics, and the paralytics. And He healed them. Large crowds followed Him from Galilee, Decapolis, Jerusalem, Judea, and beyond the Jordan.

But He said to them, "I must proclaim the good news about the kingdom of God to the other towns also, because I was sent for this purpose." And He was preaching in the synagogues of Galilee.





After John was arrested, Jesus went to Galilee, preaching the good news of God:


“The Law and the Prophets were until John; since then, the good news of the kingdom of God has been proclaimed, and everyone is strongly urged to enter it.

After arranging a day with him, many came to him at his lodging. From dawn to dusk he expounded and witnessed about the kingdom of God. He tried to persuade them concerning Jesus from both the Law of Moses and the Prophets.


“And now I know that none of you will ever see my face again—everyone I went about preaching the kingdom to.





After John was arrested, Jesus went to Galilee, preaching the good news of God:


“The Law and the Prophets were until John; since then, the good news of the kingdom of God has been proclaimed, and everyone is strongly urged to enter it.

After arranging a day with him, many came to him at his lodging. From dawn to dusk he expounded and witnessed about the kingdom of God. He tried to persuade them concerning Jesus from both the Law of Moses and the Prophets.


“And now I know that none of you will ever see my face again—everyone I went about preaching the kingdom to.
