These things have I written unto you that believe in the name of the son of God, that ye may know how that ye have everlasting life, and that ye may believe in the name of the son of God. And this is the confidence that we have in him: that if we ask ought, according to his will, he heareth us. And if we know that he hear us whatsoever we ask, we know that we shall have the petitions that we desire of him.

Jesus answered, and said unto them, "Verily I say unto you, if ye shall have faith, and shall not doubt, ye shall not only do that which I have done to the fig tree: but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, take thyself away, and cast thyself into the sea, it shall be done. And whatsoever thing ye shall ask in your prayers if ye believe, ye shall receive it."

"And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you. Seek, and ye shall find. Knock, and it shall be opened unto you. For every one that asketh, receiveth: and he that seeketh, findeth: and to him that knocketh shall it be opened.

"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For whosoever asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

Verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall say unto this mountain, 'Take away thyself, and cast thyself into the sea'; and shall not waver in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he sayeth shall come to pass, whatsoever he sayeth shall be done to him.
