And if you call on [him] [as] Father who judges impartially according to each one's work, conduct yourselves with fear during the time of your temporary residence,
It is necessary [for] us to do the deeds of the one who sent me while it is day; night is coming, when no one can work!
In those days Hezekiah became {deathly ill}, and Isaiah the son of Amoz the prophet came to him and said to him, "Thus says Yahweh, 'Command your house, for you [are about] to die; you will not recover.'"
Whatever your hand finds to do--do [it] with [all] your might; for in Sheol--where you are going--no one works, plans, knows, or thinks about anything.
For if a man lives many years, let him rejoice in all of them! Let him remember that the days of the darkness will be many-- all that is coming [is] vanity!
For this [reason] you also must be ready, because the Son of Man is coming at an hour that you do not think [he will come].
"{You must be prepared for action} and [your] lamps burning.

Even when I walk in a dark valley, I fear no evil because you [are] with me. Your rod and your staff, they comfort me
[Those who] sat in darkness and gloom, prisoners of misery and iron--
"He uncovers mysteries out of darkness, and he brings deep shadow to the light.
the people who sit in darkness have seen a great light, and the ones who sit in the land and shadow of death, a light has dawned on them."

Yahweh [is] near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.
to search for God, if perhaps indeed they might feel around for him and find [him]. And indeed he is not far away from each one of us,
Yahweh [is] near to [those who are] heartbroken and saves [those who are] crushed in spirit.
Verse Concepts
I have set Yahweh before me always. Because [he is] at my right hand I will not be shaken.
You [are] near, O Yahweh, and all your commands [are] truth.
he who obtains rights for me [is] near. Who will contend with me? Let us stand together. Who [is] the master of my judgment? Let him approach me.
