For the grace of God, that bringeth salvation unto all men, hath appeared and teacheth us that we should deny ungodliness and worldly lusts, and that we should live sober minded, righteously, and godly in this present world,
We which are strong ought to bear the frailness of them which are weak, and not to stand in our own conceits. Let every man please his neighbor unto his wealth and edifying. For Christ pleased not himself: but as it is written, "The rebukes of them which rebuked thee, fell on me." read more.

Thou art good and friendly; O teach me thy statutes. The proud imagine lies upon me, but I keep thy commandments with my whole heart. Their heart is as fat as brawn, but my delight hath been in thy law. It is good for me that I have been in trouble, that I may learn thy statutes.

But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned, which also were committed unto thee, seeing thou knowest of whom thou hast learned them. And forasmuch also as thou hast known holy scripture of a child, which is able to make thee wise unto salvation through the faith, which is in Christ Jesus. For all scripture given by inspiration of God, is profitable to teach, to improve, to amend, and to instruct in righteousness, read more.

Who is a liar, but he that denieth that Jesus is Christ? The same is the antichrist that denieth the father and the son. Whosoever denieth the son, the same hath not the father. Let therefore abide in you that same which ye heard at the beginning. If that which ye heard at the beginning shall remain in you, then ye also shall continue in the son, and in the father. read more.
And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life. These things have I written unto you, as concerning them that deceive you. And the anointing which ye have received of him dwelleth in you. And ye need not that any man teach you: but as the anointing teacheth you all things, and is true, and is no lie: and as it taught you, even so bide therein.

With me is the fear of the LORD, and the eschewing of evil. As for pride, disdain, and evil way, and a mouth that speaketh wicked things, I utterly abhor them. I can give counsel, and be a guide: I have understanding, I have strength. Through me, kings reign: through me, princes make just laws. Through me, lords bear rule, and all judges of the earth execute judgment. I am loving unto those that love me, and they that seek me early, shall find me. Riches and honour are with me; yea, excellent goods and righteousness. My fruit is better than gold, and precious stones, and mine increase more worth than fine silver.
