The sorrows of death compassed me, and the overflowings of ungodliness made me afraid. {TYNDALE: For the waves of death have closed me about, and the floods of Belial have feared me.} The pains of hell came about me; the snares of death overtook me. {TYNDALE: The cords of hell have compassed me about, and the snares of death have overtaken me.} In my trouble I will call upon the LORD, and complain unto my God.
